Shipping Policy

SAME / NEXT DAY DELIVERY
– for Klang Valley only
– Monday to Friday : 9AM to 4PM
– Saturday : 9AM to 1PM
– Sunday : CLOSED
– choose shipping: Same Day Delivery (cut off time will be at 4pm, any order purchased after 4pm will be processed on the next day & for Saturday cut off time will be at 1pm)
– no refund in any case; customer is not available at the location by time rider is delivering the package / missing package / delivery details is not in Klang Valley area.

 

DELIVERY PERIOD
– 3 to 5 working days for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia. 
– 7 to 10 working days for delivery to Sabah and Sarawak.
– 10 to 14 working days for international deliveries.

Orders made after 9am will be processed on the next business day. A notification email containing your order tracking details will be sent to you once the item is sent for shipping.

CUSTOMS TAX & IMPORT CHARGES
International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order comply with their country’s import regulations. These charges vary widely from country to country hence we are unable to advise what the cost would be.

MIHH has no control over any import duty tax of any countries imposed and we also cannot reimburse the amount in any capacity.
